Each puffer fish is carefully prepared using a traditional preservation process — cleaned, inflated to showcase its natural spiky form. They are then slowly dried to create a lightweight, durable piece of taxidermy ready for display. No two are exactly alike, as each one dries with its own unique shape and character.
Please note: this piece is intended for decorative display only and is not for consumption. As with any dried marine specimen, natural toxins can remain in the skin and cavity even after drying.
