As your order is shipped from within Spain, there are no customs duties or import charges to pay.
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
If you’re purchasing on behalf of a Spanish business and have a valid EU VAT number, simply enter your VAT number during checkout. Where applicable, we can supply your order without VAT.

Returns
We offer a 14-day returns policy for complete peace of mind.
If you decide your order isn’t quite right, simply return it within 14 days. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, take photographs of the damaged item and its original packaging, then email them to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
